People First
Change has to work for the teams responsible for it. We believe in human-centric change management: designing systems that empower people to lead what’s next.
Accountability
Clarity becomes capability when ownership is clear. Our goal isn’t dependency. It’s equipping teams with the tools to lead and drive sustainable results.
Humility
The people closest to the work understand it best; we listen before we recommend change. We solve complex problems without ego.
Pragmatism
Laser-focused on what matters, we pressure-test plans against reality with a factual, data-driven approach. We use tools, including AI, to strengthen capability, not outsource discernment.

Founder & Principal
Nearly two decades helping organizations navigate complexity.
As a former BCG consultant, senior leader at Wayfair and Brooks Brothers, and current nonprofit board member, I’ve led large, cross-functional transformation initiatives across high-growth and legacy environments, and have held a range of functional leadership roles.
That experience shaped a strong strategic instinct and deep operational expertise, and reinforced a simple truth: strategy requires action. Ambitious goals only succeed with the right infrastructure: disciplined execution, robust systems, and empowered teams.
I’ve seen how difficult this is to achieve, particularly when you're facing enterprise-level complexity without the infrastructure or capital to match. And I’ve seen that even strong teams struggle when priorities compete, ownership is unclear, or systems can’t support the direction leaders want to take. Today’s rapid technological change makes these challenges even more acute.
I founded Lucent to help leaders navigate that complexity by bringing clarity to strategic priorities and translating vision into action and results. We help organizations focus on what matters most and make the next move clear.
I think of my role as a navigator: helping leaders read conditions clearly, chart a workable course, and manage change with confidence. Leaders don’t just need more advice; they need sound judgment and a partner willing to go the distance from idea to execution.
If you’re navigating growth, change, or operational challenges, let’s connect.
